Performance Analysis

The Performance Analysis is a powerful report that monitors and compares breeding herd performance. It shows service, calving and production variables and inventory changes in the breeding herd. Vaquitec lets you modify reports or add new mathematical expressions, adapting perfectly to the specific needs of every user.

Cow History Card

The cards can be filtered to print by female ID code, event status between two dates, group, location, parity, genetics, and more. You can custom design your own cow card by adding, deleting, or moving variables and input boxes. There are several different Cow History Card formats. You can also chose among formats that will print two cards to a page, landscape, half-sheet, and dot matrix printer.

Animal List

This report lists all females in the herd and shows their status, location, group, register ID, genetics, parity, etc. It can be filtered and sorted by any variable.

Genealogy

The Genealogy report displays the pedigree of animals to any generation. This report is fully customizable and additional fields, levels, lines, charts, and pictures can be added.

Active Cows

The Active Cows report shows lifetime performance variables for a list of cows that can be filtered by status, between two dates, or a custom filter, and sorted on any variable.

Service Cohort

The Service Cohort report is a powerful report that allows you to monitor service performance, like calving rate, of a cohort of females by several important breakdowns. The breakdowns you can choose from include Number of Matings, Number of Service, Technician, Service Day of Week, Service Type, Age at Entry, Age at First Service, Male Genetics, and others. The default breakdown categories can be user modified. The report period is service date.

Entries and Removals

This report shows the arrivals and removals of animals between two dates.

Mastitis Analysis

Analysis of the incidence and relapses of the clinical mastitis. It allows to filter by several parameters (calvings, Ids,...) and to specify the column periods. Mastitis cases are breakdown by quadroon number and the repetitions are indicated. The report is used to value quadroon cures of the cows with clinical mastitis. It helps in the taking of decisions about treatment changes or improvements in diagnosis of the new mastitis.

SCC Analysis per DIM

General analysis of the situation of health of the cow udders. The report has been divided in 4 sections: The first section provides a general vision. The second section shows the infected animals. The third section shows the new infections. Finally, the fourth section shows the cows with chronic infection. All sections breakdown the results by lactation and days in milk. This report has QuickLink: clicking a cell, another report appears showing the related milk tests used to calculate the cell.

Pregnancy Rate

Reproductive evolution in periods of 21 days. It is a dynamic parameter and shows the up-to-date situation of the state of the farm fertility without keeping in mind previous situations.

Farm SCC Summary

Global evaluation of the state of health of the cow udders. Each row shows the summary of the milk tests made in one day.

Milk per Lactation

For each date of milk test, it shows a summary of milk tests breakdown by lactation number. This report is used to modify the structure of the herd with the objective of looking for the maximum production.

Milk Test Variation

This report shows milk trend at cow level. The filter allows to specify ranges for changes in milk fat, protein, etc.. The following report shows the consecutive milk tests with a decrease of milk more than 20%.

Milk Tests

Detailed listing of the milk tests made between 2 dates. It allows to filter the result by several variables as well as to select the sort criteria.

Milk Tests per Day

Summary of milk tests per each day of test.

SCC Ranking

This report shows the SCC contribution to the tank and the SCC accumulated, by test and by lactation.
