Cunitec is user-friendly and requires no specialized computer knowledge. It is often installed in farms using a computer for the first time. All data can be entered exclusively using the keyboard, without having to use the mouse. You can also enter your farm data at the barn level using a handheld computer and electronic identification.

The Females File is used to add or edit events in the record of a female by her code or ID. From this file you can view the chronological history of events in her record, her current status, her service results and parity performance, and general information such as her birthdate and genetics.

A handheld is a palm size computer, which can be used to enter and/or view animal data at the barn level. The data entered on one farm can be shared by several employees. You can access the animal file and enter daily events using the handheld computer as you do your routine work on the farm.

Occasionally when studying reports you may notice that some numbers look outside the normal range. This could indicate data entry errors. The Event Browser helps you to discover these errors and allows you to edit them.
